Does GA-DE test its products on animals?
No, GA-DE is a cruelty-free brand. We do not conduct animal testing on any of our finished products or ingredients, nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy for beauty products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or used.
